Now we can
see more clearly about the earth that was flooded. How?? Simply by
checking this word for "lands" in the Hebrew:

From an unused root probably meaning to be
firm; the earth (at large, or partitively a land): -
X common, country, earth, field, ground, land, X nations, way, +
wilderness, world.
This
is the same word used for "earth" in many instances including Gen 7:6.
Next is this word for nations which happens to
be the same as the word for "gentiles" in this same verse.

sense of massing); a foreign nation; hence a Gentile; also
(figuratively) a troop of animals, or a flight of locusts: -

they have just got off the boat and we already have these foreign nations out
there. hmmmmmm.

we have Canaan. And as we
progress we will see that they do Great evil in the sight of the Lord.
They allow tribes to dwell with them who the Lord would have killed to
the last man.

This
is to say that Nimrod was a mighty one in the land. Same Hebrew word here. Now
this word for "mighty one" Is the same as "mighty" in Gen 6.

considering the geneologies of Noah. He
was however a very bad man as we can see from the Hebrew here, Whether or not he
was a Giant. But don't rule out the possibility just yet.

You
will notice if you care to check the Hebrew on each of these lands, that they
are all places in Babylon except Calneh which was in the Assyrian empire.
Meaning?? Nimrod had founded
the kingdom of Babylon or Babel. We
will look briefly at the word for Babel here.

Here we have the Caphtorims again, counted
amongst the Giants. Now how did we
get more Giants in the land when God just destroyed them all??
While we are thinking on that one, where did Cush get his wife to begat
Nimrod in the first place?? And
where did Ham get his wife to beget Cush??
I know, I have heard it taught that this was their sisters or cousins,
but if they had married within the families from the ark, there would be no
napha involved as the genealogies of Noah and his family were pure and without
blemish; Remember?? They came from
the Gentiles which is to say "foreign nations".
As we can see, the Canaanites were
a very industrious people, but not for any good purpose. This will be the second influx spoken of in Gen 6:4.

I have heard it taught that this is when the continental plates were divided.
It simply did not happen that way. The
plates were separated millions of years ago and we can prove that with science. It is teachings like this that breeds confusion between
science and scripture. Another
Divission that took place about this time would have been that at the tower of
babel. Think about it.
